SEA SICKNESS PREVENTION
Prevention is the best approach, as there’s no cure for seasickness. Take a preventative tablet before travel, and keep hydrated (coconut water works best). Sit facing forward, get some fresh sea air, and let our crew know immediately if you begin to feel unwell.
